Refund policy

Fourteen days if it will not run.

The software is MIT licensed and free to build. A purchase pays for packaged downloads and support, and this page says when you can get that money back.

What qualifies

Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a full refund of packaged downloads and support if the app does not run on a supported platform: Linux x64, or macOS 15 or later on Apple Silicon, and we cannot fix it with you.

What does not qualify

Unsupported systems such as Intel Macs.
Charges from third-party AI providers you connect. They bill you directly.
Requests made after the 14-day window.

How to ask

Email naresh.khatri2345@gmail.com with your order details, your platform and what happened. We will try to help you get it running first, and refund you if we cannot.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded still apply.
