Data deletion

There is almost nothing to delete.

unottr has no accounts and no server that holds your meetings. This page explains the one exception and how to remove your data from your own computer.

What we hold

The only user data we store on a server is the email address you give when you join the beta, along with when you signed up, where on this site you signed up, and a one-way hash of your IP address used for rate limiting. We do not keep your raw IP address.

Delete a beta signup

Email naresh.khatri2345@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete it. We will remove it and reply to confirm.

Delete data on your computer

Recordings, transcripts, summaries, tasks, bookmarks and Ask threads live in the app on your computer. Choose Delete saved data… in a recording's actions to remove a recording's saved data. Original recordings, exported notes and backups are separate files and stay until you delete them. Deletion does not securely overwrite disk data.

Third parties

If you connected a hosted AI provider or installed agent, requests you sent to it are governed by that provider. Contact them to delete that data. Payment details are handled by the payment provider.
