About
Meeting memory that stays with you.
unottr is a desktop app that turns meeting recordings into searchable, speaker-labelled transcripts on your own computer.
Why we built it
Most meeting tools ask you to create an account, hand over audio and rent your own history back to you. We wanted the opposite: drop a recording in a folder, get a transcript, and keep every file where you can see it.
So transcription and speaker separation run on your machine, search is local, and AI is optional and uses a model you choose. If you point it at Ollama or LM Studio on your own computer, the whole thing can stay on that computer.
Who builds it
unottr is built by Naresh Khatri. The software is MIT licensed, and the one-time price covers packaged downloads and support.
